The hosting of the World Cup was a complete success both from the operational point of view and with the Japanese team reaching the last 16. From 1995 Vision Quest provided consulting, support and overall coordination of the IT activities necessary for the event, including, most notably, the Virtual Stadium - the "jewel-in-the-crown" of the original proposal to host the event.

Following the selection of Japan and Korea as hosts, Vision Quest contributed to the successful joint hosting of this event by providing consulting services on the design, deployment and maintenance of the IT Solution and its security, and ultimately covering the operations phase of the event and the running and operations of the systems that supported it.
